Bob Salvat
CEO
Mr. Salvat has spent a majority of his career discovering and patenting unique ways to leverage technology to improve efficiencies in the systems and processes utilized in healthcare management. His bachelor’s degree from Florida Atlantic University in Marketing and minor in Leadership & Human Resource Development, experience in start-ups, leadership in operating a successful medical device distributorship, and multiple licenses in business and finance, have provided him with the tools needed to lead in several successful business ventures prior to founding OMEDZA. Mr. Salvat’s experience in product development, surgeon partnerships, organizational management, and 15 plus years of experience in healthcare supply distribution networks, have aligned him with the skills and resources necessary to lead OMEDZA to the forefront of the merger between healthcare transaction management and technology.
Mark Sanfilippo
CTO
Mark has exceptional leadership experience in information technology which includes security, application and software development, and business intelligence initiatives. His diverse and vast technology background is highlighted with a successful track record designing, developing, and implementing IT systems and solutions, both custom built and purchased, for manufacturing, education, entertainment, automotive, and commercial/residential real estate industries.
Mark holds a Bachelors in Information Technology with a minor in Psychology and brings a tremendous amount of experience and enthusiasm to the team. His skill set will help OMEDZA achieve the technical advancements needed as we bring healthcare to a new level in the age of technology.
Mark Tibbles

Mark Tibbles is the Managing Director of Strategic Stage Ventures, LLC. and a former Owner/Partner and Director of Intuitive Technology Group, one of the nation’s leading Symantec Partners, holding the coveted National Premier Partner status, providing endpoint management, security, and staffing solutions. Intuitive Technology Group (ITG) received a prestigious #2 ranking in Minneapolis / St. Paul Business Journal 2012 and #16 in 2013 Fast 50 Companies and The 2012 (#461) Inc. 500 List and 2013 (#764) Inc. 5000 List of America’s Fastest Growing Companies. Intuitive Technology Group was sold in 2017. Prior to that, Mr. Tibbles was President and Founder of Minnesota-based PRC Consulting, Inc. beginning in 1998. PRC Consulting specialized in the management and implementation of IT projects for Fortune 1000 companies. PRC was sold in 2013. Mr. Tibbles has spent most of his career as a serial entrepreneur, business owner, and Corporate Director. He is an active venture investor and advisor to Technology, Healthcare IT, Life Science, and Medical Device companies. Other companies on which Mr. Tibbles serves as a Member of the Board of Directors are Imricor Medical Systems (IMR) which trades on the ASX, FamGenix, and CorVent Medical, Inc. Some of the previous Boards include Ativa Medical, Inc. and Board Observer status for Cardialen, Inc. On a personal note, Mr. Tibbles has visited over 90 countries; travel and adventure are his passion!
